The block size measures 10 inches of alternating 9 patch unit and cat head applique that finishes with a 60 inches x 70 inches bed quilt. When the blocks are joined it will create a lovely Irish Chain kitty pattern, a great variation of the traditional Irish chain quilt.
Play with colors to create different versions of this cat quilt; dark-colored fabrics with pumpkins and witches plus a black cat make a Halloween-themed version, pull-out those green and red fabrics for a festive Christmas version quilt. Whatever colors you’ll use this quilt project will turn out purrfect.
