where do i purchase the panel?

It's not a panel. If you download the directions, all of the images are there and you would copy them, transfer them to heat n bond lite (or similar) and fuse to the appropriate fabrics and cut out all of the images. Then, lay out as in the picture, fuse down and blanket stitch or similar. Looks like a very fun, unique pattern. Thank you for the design
