A beautiful Butterfly Pattern that is 84 years old would be a perfect addition to a vintage quilt collection.
According to Mc Call’s
“Butterfly was first published as a pattern in the 1936 “Kansas City Star,” and was instantly picked up by quilters looking for something a bit different. Most butterfly blocks, unlike this one, are appliquéd, not pieced. This Missouri-made quilt contains a variety of feedsack and dress-weight print scraps.”

This quilt pattern is recommended to intermediate skill level quilters.
Enjoy creating and selecting variety of prints for your butterflies.
